Our Signature cycle class is a 45- minute, high intensity, indoor cardio workout. Our signature classes are designed to strengthen your mind, body and soul with instructors who will coach you through sprints and climbs all to the beat..

Build lasting strength with this high-repetition full-body workout.  Using various weights, resistance bands and a focus on endurance, you’ll improve muscle definition and stamina in a motivating atmosphere.   Strength Enduro will help you build lean muscle, increase endurance and boost your overall strength.

CORE TRAINING

This 45-minute session is designed to balance mobility, core conditioning and functional stretching.

 

Mat Pilates upgraded.Divided into three focused segments: mobility to release tension and improve flexibility, core conditioning to build strength and stability, and stretching to help you unwind and restore.

 

You’ll be guided through a full-body workout that brings spice to the core, making it a great stand alone workout or the perfect complement to your routine on days between strength or cardio training.

 

Corelates is also a great way to start strength training, by simply adding weights and using mobilisation techniques to build a strong foundation.

Who’s it for? Stretch is zero impact and perfect for recovery days, or as a pre/post workout session– making you more mobile and functional and complimenting all other types of exercise.
