I had reservations about committing. I’m now more physically active and more aware of the food, mind body connections. I really enjoyed the challenge and the additional nutrition information and yoga classes.  It’s great for a beginner, really guides you through, but also great for someone that’s looking for a challenge, while being really supported!

For all shapes, sizes, age groups and fitness levels. It’s a great way to get exercise and work to the level you want to. And the best bit is it is local. There is a variety of classes and timeslots that can fit into busy lifestyles. I was overweight and hated exercise when I started, now I try and fit in as many classes as I can. Well worth trying…

The classes at Mixtape Motion are fantastic! Shelley and Brett run fun, motivating classes and run the friendliest gym I’ve ever been to.

Thanks to Shelley I have kick started my fitness.

Yogi 🧘‍♀️ is great for focus strength and relax, Strong 💪 is great fitness for ladies over 45 yrs trying to regain some sort of balance.

I was looking for something local that I could fit in around work and kids. I love I’m achieving my goals of getting fitter, stronger, and gaining more energy. This is something I’ve chosen to do for myself to take better care of my health and wellbeing. The classes are fun too… or I wouldn’t last! The music is awesome and the people are great. 

It’s so good that my husband has signed up too!

Great classes and a comfortable friendly atmosphere. I also love that there is good support throughout the exercises in terms of help getting them technically correct, safest way etc. My fitness and strength has certainly improved!
