what is mixtape motion?
Mixtape Motion is an online fitness platform designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and train on your terms. Access music-fuelled workouts from cycle to strength to stretch – all led by real instructors who get it.
HOW DO I START MY FREE TRIAL?
Simply click Start Free Trial anywhere on the site to choose your plan. You’ll get full access to every workout for 7 days. If you decide to stay after the trial, your paid membership will begin automatically – no interruptions.
Do I need to create an account to start the trial?
Yes – you’ll create your account and enter payment details during sign-up. You won’t be charged until your trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period.
How do I log in?
Click Log In in the top of the website, or go directly to mixtapemotion.com.au/login. Enter your email and password to access your dashboard.
Membership & Billing
What memberships do you offer?
We currently offer two plans:
Monthly All Access – billed every month.
Annual All Access – billed once per year (best value).
You can switch between plans at any time through your account page.
How do I update my payment details?
Log in, go to My Account → Subscriptions, and select Update Payment Method.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel anytime through your account settings. You’ll still have access until the end of your billing period. Log in, go to My Account → Subscriptions, and select Cancel and confirm.
What happens when my free trial ends?
If you don’t cancel, your membership automatically rolls into your selected paid plan. If you cancel during your trial, your access will end when the trial expires.
STREAMING AND DEVICES
Where can I stream Mixtape Motion workouts?
You can stream directly from your web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile.
Can I cast to my TV?
Yes! If you’re using Vimeo Advanced (which your account supports), you can stream workouts to your TV using:
AirPlay (Apple TV or compatible smart TVs)
Chromecast
HDMI connection from your laptop or tablet
Is there an app?
Not yet – but Mixtape Motion is fully mobile-responsive and can be added to your home screen as a shortcut on iOS or Android.
Do I need fast internet?
We recommend at least 5 Mbps for smooth streaming. Out player automatically adjusts quality based on your connection.
COMMUNITY & SUPPORT
Do you offer live classes or challenges?
We run livestreams, challenges, and special programs throughout the year. You’ll find these on your member dashboard.
Where can I get help with technical issues or billing?
Email support@mixtapemotion.com.au and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Can I share my login?
Your membership is just for you. Sharing your login may result in suspension to protect member privacy and security.
Workouts & Safety
Do I need special equipment?
Some workouts require equipment – you’ll find this listed under each workout before you begin. We also have bodyweight workouts too.
Can I join if I’m a beginner?
Absolutely. Every class is built with options to modify movements and pace.
Do I need to complete a PAR-Q?
Yes. Please complete your Pre-Exercise Screening form before starting any program. You’ll be reminded in your welcome email and dashboard.
Are the workouts safe for injuries or health conditions?
Always check with your healthcare professional before starting or changing physical activity. Mixtape Motion workouts are designed for general fitness, not to treat medical conditions.
Can I download workouts to watch offline?
Not right now. All sessions are streamed securely to ensure the best video quality and protect licensed music.
