Will I be okay if I’m a beginner or not already in shape?
Don’t worry! We welcome beginners! Everyone starts at their own level, and our fitness plans are designed to help you progress at your own pace. If it’s your first time, we’ll look after you in any class you choose. You don’t have to be fit to start—you just have to start! To make the most of your first class, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early.
I'm embarrassed to work out in a group
We get it, trying something new can be scary. But remember, everyone was new once. Our community is super welcoming, and no one is judging you. We're all here to get stronger together! We also offer semi-private Personal Training it’s a great way to boost your confidence quickly.
It will be too hard or worse, boring?
We help you find the right level for you, so you can choose how hard you work. Our classes are fun and have great music! You're going to love it!
I'm not coordinated, I don't want to look like a newbie!
No worries! We were all there once, and you'll get the hang of it with practice. Plus, the beauty of being new—you have so much exciting progress ahead of you! Exercises are broken down as much as you need, and we just love having the chance to watch you progress. You'll be amazed at what you can achieve with guidance and practice.
Can you explain the value I’m getting?

I'm really busy, will I be able to fit this in?
We understand that life can get hectic, but remember, you don’t need to dedicate a whole hour at once. How about splitting it into two half-hour sessions a week? Or even three 20-minute sessions? As Mark Anthony wisely said, ‘We make time for the things we love, and excuses for the things we don’t.’ Our goal is to help you discover the joy in exercise, making it something you’ll want to make time for.

That’s completely understandable. Remember, investing in your fitness is about enhancing your overall well-being, which positively impacts everyone around you. When you’re healthier and happier, it benefits everyone you love. Your change might encourage them to make a positive change too!
How often should I go?
We recommend 3 sessions per week as an optimal number. In the beginning start with 2 and then after a few weeks add another session. But, as always, listen to your body — you need time for recovery too.
